What should I expect from our free discovery call?
Initial consultations are usually held over the phone or using FaceTime or Skype. This is an informal opportunity for you to get to know me as much it is for me to get to know you! We'll discuss your wedding plans so far and how you envisage your special day. We'll discuss my packages and what level of assistance you require.
We want to proceed - what happens next?
Once you've paid your 50% deposit, we arrange a visit to your chosen wedding venue(s).
After our visit, I will then prepare you a fully bespoke, detailed styling proposal specifically designed to suit your styling requirements, incorporating moodboards, an inventory of items for hire, a full list of suppliers and their fees and a scaled floor plan to help you to visualise the layout.
If you've opted for the 'set up my day' package then we will arrange to have a chat about 4-6 weeks prior to the big day to discuss your styling arrangements.
When is payment due?
50% is payable on instruction and the remaining 50% balance is due 6 weeks before the big day for the 'Big Day' or 'Set up my Day' Package. If you've opted for the 'Style my Day' package, the remaining 50% balance is due once I have delivered your proposal.
My fees are exclusive of vendor hire fees.
I can offer payment plans upon request.
Do you take commission from suppliers?
Suppliers are recommended where they suit the styling brief of the client and are recommeneded on that basis only.
Any discounts are always passed onto you.
